#1: Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night (this is tough for me because I am a lifelong night owl)
#2: Eat breakfast before I leave home (see above - I always hit the ground running and then eventually run myself into the ground)
#3: Restart an activity that I used to love but that has been squeezed out by too little time - this will serve as my go to activity when I need to relax and reload (I'm going with knitting for the winter and picked up new patterns and new wool for inspiration)
#4: Remind myself every day that work is but a means to and end!! (I have always allowed work to be what defines me - how limiting!!)
#5: Get my family on side with the HQ, just in case I need an occasional assist (I'm not so good at asking for help!)
Seems 2010 was a cruddy year for a lot of people. Maybe The Year of The Rabbit will be better!
